At EXIM Bank we offer an easy-to-avail Home Investment with convenient repayment facility and maximum limit on investment amount. From the scheme the customer will get necessary help to materialize long cherished dream, to enable him/them proud owner of a flat/dwelling house in a modern developed urban area.
Purpose of investment

  • Purchase of existing Building/Apartment/House/Flat(s) (not older than 8 years).
  • Construction/Extension/Renovation/Up-gradation/Face up lifting /Finishing work of Building/Apartment/House/Flat(s).
  • Taking over of regular house building Investment by acquiring ownership of existing Building/Apartment/House/Flat(s) from other Banks/NBFIs (Only principal amount).

Minimum 25 years & Maximum 65 years, for salaried persons 60 years (including repayment period)

Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRBs) working abroad Investment equity ratio.

Investment Size.

Maximum BDT 2.00 crore (as per BRPD Circular: 25, dated:19/11/2019)

Maximum Term of investment.

Maximum 18 years including grace period from 01 month to 12 month.
